What we can and cannot promise
- Engine of Hope is not an emergency-response agency.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance.
- Assistance depends on eligibility, verified need, location, inventory, funding, and available resources.
- Engine of Hope may provide referrals when direct assistance is unavailable.
- Applicant information will be used only to review and coordinate the request, provide necessary case updates, maintain required records, and protect program integrity.
Program stage
Engine of Hope is preparing its Recovery Box Program for initial service in South Carolina. Programs described elsewhere on this site as planned or in development are not currently available, and we do not promise financial assistance, case management, counseling, medical care, rehabilitation equipment, transportation, or long-term support.
Medical or specialized recovery items are included only when properly verified and approved based on medical guidance.
Review and response
Engine of Hope does not currently operate a public assistance phone line. Please use the Request Assistance form or email help@engineofhope.org. Requests are reviewed as promptly as possible, but response times and assistance cannot be guaranteed.
Checking your request
If you have already submitted a request, you can check your request status using your request number and the email address you submitted.
